Monthly Coaching

Please note: All coaching sessions are non-refundable. Sessions may be rescheduled with notice and must be used within 90 days of purchase. Coaching sessions are up to 75 minutes and session time cannot be split, banked or carried over into additional calls. If you choose not to use the full session time, the remaining time is forfeited. Failure to attend your scheduled session or reschedule in advance will result in loss of appointment and an additional purchase will be required to book another session.

Monthly coaching includes:
→ one private virtual coaching session per month (up to 75 minutes)
→ Monday–Thursday voice note / WhatsApp coaching access

Coaching sessions are currently available on Thursdays only.

Voice note coaching is available Monday–Thursday only and response times may vary.  Monthly coaching may be cancelled at any time prior to the next billing cycle with a 10 day notice period.

If you purchase a 3-month paid-in-full coaching container, you are committing to and intentionally entering into a 3-month coaching experience. Due to the nature of digital services, coaching access, strategic support and time allocation, all paid-in-full coaching containers are final sale and non-refundable.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:
→ you are entering the container with the intention to complete the full coaching term
→ you will not qualify for a partial refund if you choose to discontinue early
→ dissatisfaction, change of mind, lack of implementation, incompatibility, disagreement in coaching style, or changes in personal or business circumstances do not qualify for refunds, reversals. All payments are final and non-disputable.

By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms and understand that all payments are final.
